Ramya Kamat

Ramya is a CA with close to 20 years of experience in multiple industries like Financial services, Cosmetics, Education, Manufacturing and Automobiles. At MyCFO, Ramya represents us in the UK. Ramya has a great exposure in the western market, mainly UK. She has motivated many global cross-functional teams to collaborate and applied sound analytical, problem solving and program management skills to obtain desired results across industries. Every business transformation led/managed by Ramya in the past 14 years has delivered more than target. Ramya began her career as a Manager for the Busness Advisory Services at PwC. She then moved on to be the Brand Controller at L’Oreal. Ramya was the Vice President for Kaizen Engineering Systems for the Turnaround,Business Development Strategy and Process Improvement Service Lines. Ramya’s latest stint was with Rolls Royce as a Purchasing development Manager. Here, Ramya was responsible for the Supply Chain Performance Transformation, Change Management, MRO Process Improvement, Working Capital Management, and Cost Reduction

Vinod Keni

Executive Director


Vinod Keni is an entrepreneur, active angel investor, company builder, management consultant and has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial, financial management, management consulting and operations experience. With corporate & entrepreneurial experience in the US, India and SE Asia, Vinod has built and successfully exited 4 ventures, in addition to investing and advising several others. As a corporate finance professional, he has helped build companies, led an NASDAQ IPO, and executed several fund raising, M&A & Corporate Development initiatives. He is also an advisor to IAN fund.

His prior experience includes working in leadership roles at Aavishkaar, one of the largest impact funds, SCP Private Equity, a US-based PE fund and its partner, IL&FS Investment Managers. He has provided solutions spanning business advisory, CFO, COO and M&A. He co-founded Aquarian CFO Services, Capella Partners & Aquarian Advisory Services, all of which grew and exited through acquisitions profitably. He was part of the founding team at VerticalOne, a pioneer in fintech. He was also part of Cortera, and HeadHunter.NET (now Career Builder), where he filed their red herring prospectus to list the company on NASDAQ. He has been CFO at HomeCom, worked in a variety of positions at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and IVF America in US.

Vinod chairs the Fintech SIG of TiE Mumbai, and is member of the Board of Trustees of TiE Mumbai. He is also a Director of the Indian Angel Network, India’s largest network of angel investors. He is one of the co-founders of the Atlanta chapter of TiE, and is a global Charter Member. He was the cofounder and a Director of the Atlanta CEO HiTech Council.

Vinod has an MBA from JWU & Bentley College. He is a CPA(inactive). He has completed the PE/VC programs from ISB & Harvard, and corporate finance programs from Harvard Business School & Institute of Management Accountants.

Anand Sankhe

CFO Partner & Practice Leader - M&A

Anand Sankhe heads the M&A Practice at MyCFO with special focus on Post Merger Integration. He is an alumnus of JBIMS and a cost accountant. He has 20 years of experience in Strategy, M&A, partnerships, feasibility studies, contracts and performance management.
His experience covers the entire life cycle of M&A, from Strategy formulation, scouting for companies for M&A and partnership and building relationships with them, Valuation, negotiations, deal structuring (legal / tax), due diligence, contracts execution, Building consensus with internal stakeholders including the world HQ and Integration of acquired companies and partnerships in mainstream business
Prior to MyCFO He has worked for some of the most reputed companies of the world, like PwC, Thomson Reuters in India IBM and iGate.

Hiren Shah

CFO Partner & Practice Leader - Education & IPO

Hiren is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed his Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University.
He has over 15 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance, Strategic Planning and Organisational Leadership. His areas of expertise include entity-level structuring of educational entities and helping Companies in pursuit of their Primary Market debut. Hiren has rich experience in Financial Modelling, Cash Flow and Working Capital management, developing Inventory controls, multiple location administration, Investor relationships as also overseeing of secretarial and statutory compliances. 
Hiren has been the CFO for Kangaroo Kids Education Limited and Treehouse Education & Accessories Limited in his previous stints. On the Assurance side, Hiren has worked with N. M. Raiji and Grant Thornton where he has been involved with companies such as The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Development Credit Bank, TATA AIG General Insurance, EROS Multimedia Limited, Cinemax India Limited and eClerx Services Limited to name a few.     

Sanjay Wadhwa

CFO Partner & Practice Leader – Financial Services

Sanjay Wadha is a qualified Chartered Accountant (rank holder), CFA USA, CWA & CS with over 18 years of post Qualification experience in Finance and Secretarial functions. He has worked across the entire gamut of Finance and Accounts function, across varied industries viz. Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consulting & Audit.
His functional expertise includes Financial Strategy, & Delivery, He has implemented policies and procedures, automated various systems and processes, cost savings and revenue enhancement initiatives which results in substantial improvement in profitability. He also has immense experience in finalising the joint venture agreement, assessment and evaluation of prospective investors, system implementation - functional and accounting. Has lead new initiatives and strategic tie-up and represents the best interests of the organization he works for
Prior to MyCFO, his last assignment was with Reliance Money as Chief Financial Officer responsible for the finance, secretarial, legal functions across 8 companies in diverse lines of businesses, namely, Equity broking, Commodity broking, PMS, Investment Banking, Insurance broking, Gold coin retailing, margin funding, Distribution of financial services, etc. He was directly responsible for margin funding, IPO funding, collateralised lending, wholesale bullion. He has been instrumental in setting up the Insurance Broking, Investment Banking businesses and played a key role in turning around Equity broking and Commodity Broking businesses . Before Reliance Money he was the CFO of Reliance Capital Asset Management ltd India’s largest fund house managing over Rs. 100,000 Crore of assets and HSBC Insurance.
Sanjay has also worked for organizations like, Hindustan Coco Cola beverages, SR Batliboi, & Co, (E&Y) and Kalyaniwalla & Mistry (CA Firm). He is a great team leader and has a flair for Listening to and playing (keyboard) music

Nikieta Choksi

Vice President - Client Delivery

Nikieta, a Chartered Accountant, has 17 years of operational and strategic experience in Finance, Accounting & Taxation functions. She has worked with companies in Media & Entertainment across segments (Production & Distribution, Exhibition & Marketing), sizes and formats (Large, Mid Sized Business Houses and Corporates), such as Nimbus Communications Ltd., Percept Picture Company Pvt. Ltd., Fun Multiplex Pvt. Ltd. (Essel Group), Reliance Big Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (ADAG Group) in the course of her career. She brings with her extensive experience and has spent a significant part of her career in the Media & Entertainment industry. She has also done Visharad (Bachelor’s degree) in Bharatnatyam.

Nikieta is a key member of MyCFO Team. She works with CEOs, Promoters, CFOs and Finance Teams to improve the effectiveness of the Finance Function across a spectrum of multiple industries, ownership types and sizes.

Anil Shankar

Executive Director & Lead CFO Partner.


Anil Shankar ( Anil ) is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA In Finance and International Business from Bowling Green, Ohio, USA.;

Anil has over 30 years experience in strategic and operational finance and General Management with leading Multinational Companies including Siemens, Boston Scientific, Motorola and Goodyear where he served as Finance Director and CFO. His areas of expertise include Mergers and Acquisition, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Working Capital Management, Internal Controls and Processes and Financial Planning & Analysis. He has provided oversight to other functions like IT and implementation of ERP systems, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Legal and Secretarial.

Anil has served on the Boards of public listed companies – as Finance Director and CFO for Siemens Healthcare and currently as an Independent Director of a European MNC subsidiary.

Anil is actively engaged in community service as a member of the Rotary Club. He is a wildlife enthusiast and likes to visit national parks and sanctuaries. Anil is an avid follower of current national and international affairs.

Karthik is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 18 years of post qualification experience. Karthik is extremely passionate, brings high levels of energy with an established track record in successfully partnering with CXO's. Karthik specialises in Corporate Finance, Leading organisation wide initiatives, Planning, Budgeting, Cost optimisation, amongst others across Industry segments. His last stint was as CFO of a fast growing Hospitality chain where he assisted the Founder CEO in helping the company monetise the valuations.

Karthik is a key member of the MyCFO Delivery team and works with companies and CEO's in providing CFO services and with CFO's in improving the quality of the Finance function. Karthik is also an avid follower of cricket and is extremely passionate about the game
