Chandrashekhar has 35 years of post qualification experience in a range of roles in different industries. He has successfully handled several dimensions of business from setting up new ventures to mergers and acquisitions, setting up systems and processes and implementing ERPs, scaling up businesses and turning around sick businesses, as well as help CEOs, run their businesses profitably and efficiently. He has worked in Warburg Pincus and IFC Investee companies.

Prior to MyCFO, he was with the Runwal Group as Executive Director, where he transformed the Group from a person-oriented organization to a process driven organization. Prior to that, he was with Polycab Wires Pvt Ltd., as President and Group CFO where he turned the Company around with an increase in EBIDTA by 400 basis points and PAT by 4 times. During his stint with Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd, he turned around the loss-making Food Services Division from Rs 1 Crore per month to cash breakeven.
